Ideal Customer Persona Creation

The first step to any successful marketing campaign is to understand your customer. Creating this persona takes market, competitor, and social media research. This research helps define who you’re trying to attract, where they are, and why they’re shopping. Below are examples of ideal customers that I’ve created for various companies.

ICP – Sara Spark

Sara was created to find the ideal customer for a marketing agency. I created a one-pager that highlights the most important parts of the persona. This one-pager contains who she is, what she does, why she needs marketing help and her business goals.

ICP – Eric Chen

As part of the same campaign, I created Eric Chen, head of eCommerce at a bedding manufacturer. This persona manages B2C eCommerce sales and needs a marketing specialist to help him increase brand awareness.

The one-pager for Eric provides an overview of the business, who Eric is, the struggles he experiences, and why he needs a marketing specialist to help.

Project Brief

Once the ICP is defined, a project brief is created to define and identify the campaign’s parts and KPIs necessary for success. In this brief, I created a sample marketing agency campaign tailored to Real Estate Agents looking to utilize AI for their business.

Campaign Support

During my time at Kensium, I supported three campaigns by creating blog posts, landing pages, email, and social media content. In addition to creating content, I worked closely with the videographer and graphic designer to create the theme, designs, and video assets that would best support the content.
