As part of my master’s classwork, this case study analyzes Michelin’s cloud-based Digital Support Platform (DSP), which was developed to streamline communication and improve operational efficiency between fleet owners and service providers. Prior to its launch, services were inefficient due to manual tracking methods, causing delays and payment issues. By implementing DSP, Michelin significantly improved productivity, service tracking, and reduced legal risks, resulting in increased adoption. The analysis highlights key strategies for overcoming resistance and enhancing future adoption.

This case study for Three Birds Digital explores the introduction of AI-driven marketing solutions tailored to real estate agents.
